Needs

Since the introduction of the CRM system, customer satisfaction and customer care have been top priority. GOLEM FINANCE s.r.o. has therefore from the beginning aimed not only at finding new clients, but above all at maintaining good relations with existing ones.

Initially, only some mortgage experts were using the free tools available for mass email blasts and it was not possible to keep the style consistent with the company design. Therefore, to associate the broker's name with the company, a consistent style of emails sent out needs to be defined.

In addition to a uniform look, there was also a lack of statistics providing a comprehensive overview of the subject line and frequency of materials sent to clients. Such evidence is particularly important for targeting future campaigns.

What does it look like in normal use?

Easy template creation in Drag & Drop Easy Builder, which requires no complex coding, saves up to 60% of the time when creating new campaigns. Of course, here we also use responsive display for mobile devices.

When it comes to communicating with clients, well-set up automations and the ability to schedule smart email sends play a big role. Newsletters are sent out sequentially in a matter of hours, which allows us to maintain a higher deliverability rate.

Finally, the statistics showed surprisingly high click-through rates combined with low unsubscribe rates. This issue is greatly aided by appropriate audience targeting and, most importantly, the relationship built between mortgage expert and client.

What are we working on next?

We are working to automate the process between campaigns and new business acquisition in our CRM environment, which is currently handled manually.
